1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframe:
Clients are required to request a cancellation or rescheduling of their appointment at least 5 days in advance of the originally scheduled date and time. This advanced notice allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of our services.
2. Request Submission:
Requests for cancellation or rescheduling can be submitted by contacting through email. Please ensure you receive confirmation of your request.
3. Late Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to the following conditions:

Late Cancellation (Less than 5 days' notice): You will be given store credit equal to the amount of your deposit which you can use to schedule an appointment at a later time.

Late Rescheduling (Less than 5 days' notice): We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request, but we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred time slot.
4. Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen and exceptional circumstances.
